Get close enough without letting her know you're there and throw a smoke grenade, then switch to stun grenade and throw at her, it will take about about 5 stun grenades to take her down in about 1 minute but you'll have to throw a smoke grenade again whenever the smoke is about to clear. Of course it will be better if you have a grenade launcher so you can switch grenade types faster. However, I didn't use that method in this video since the fight site is the most suitable part for using a sniper rifle in a no kill run, and I don't want my run to miss the action of a sniper rifle.
