Staff of AFD came over to the village on Sunday at 2130 to help catching mean couple's dogs. These staff are much better than Tai Po police. Police are helping these people to break the law and disturb neighbours in the village as well as taking revenge against complainant. They stop for awhile and then still keep on letting dogs out after midnite. Just want to show to people know that they never cooperate and like to irritate the neighbourhood.
