The country is not very well known, so, to spread awareness, the LK Government decided to create a raffle throughout the Lukvanian schools to see who would be picked to make the videos. Two young Lukvanians, Bernard and his Brother Josephmanski, were picked. Their job is to spread LK awarness and teach about a relatively unknown culture.
