What play?" Me-"Umm... the school play we're doing." Denise-"Oh that play. I never made him audition." Me-"Then why did he audition?" Denise-"You need to get that reason from Nick." Me-"But..." Denise-"Honey, I'm sorry but I have to go. Good luck on the part of Juliet." Then she hung up on me. I'm getting sick of adults hanging up on me. I need to know, so I went to Nick's room and heard him on the phone. Nick-"Dude, I'm seriously falling for her... I mean she's perfect to me... well I know but still... dude I'm not going to say it straight out... Fine, I love Brianna. Better?" I was shocked. I ran to my room and slammed it shut. I was breathing really hard. I admit that I'm scared. I'm scared that I might like him back, even love him. I'm scared that... I don't know a lot of things. I started getting a really bad headache. I stood up to walk if off but it got worse, then everything went black. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I was talking to Josh. I told him everything. I think I'm falling for her more and more everyday. Me-"Dude, I'm seriously falling for her." Josh-"Why?" Me-"I mean, she's perfect to me." Josh-"Even though she treats you like a piece of trash?" Me-"Well I know, but still." Josh-"Well, prove it. Tell me you love her lover boy." Me-"Dude, I'm not going to say it straight out." Josh-"Yeah you will. Prove to me you actually like her." Me-"Fine, I love Brianna. Better?" Josh-"Yes." Then I heard a door slam. A few seconds later, I heard a faint thump. Me-"Dude, got to go." I ran to Brianna's room. I hope she didn't hear me. I didn't want her to know till I'm sure of my feelings. I saw Brianna on the floor. I yelled for everyone. Joe called 911 and Kevin tried to figure out why she was on the floor. Frankie looked like he was going to cry. Frankie-"Nick? What's wrong with Brianna?" Me-"I don't know." (Hug Frankie) Then the paramedics came and took Brianna away. Joe, Kevin, Frankie, and I followed them with our car. When we got there, we found Brianna's room and went in. She was already up and rubbing her head. The doctor pulled me out of the room to talk to me. Doctor-"Are you her boyfriend?" Me-"Yeah" Doctor-"Well, Brianna fainted from shock. She has a headache and is lightheaded. We are trying to figure out why. We think it's just from the shock but we'll figure out soon enough." Me-"Okay, thank you." I went to Brianna. Everyone went out to leave us alone for a bit. Me-"So are you going to tell me why you are so shocked?" Brianna-"Nick, do you love me?" I was surprised. She heard me over the phone. She would figure out anyways so I told her. Me-(Uneasy) "Yeah, is that why you fainted?" Brianna-(Fidgeting with the bed sheets) "Yeah" Me-"Do you love me?" She didn't answer me so, I got closer to her and put my hand on her check to pull her closer. Then I gave her a soft kiss. Me-"Do you?" Brianna-(Whispers) "I think I do." We kissed again, but more passionately than before. Then the doctor interrupted us. Doctor-"Brianna, I'm sorry but you have to stay in the hospital for a few weeks maybe months." Brianna-"Why? I thought it was only for today." Doctor-"I thought so too. But after some tests we think you have Sorbse." Me-"What's that?" (Worried) Doctor-"It's a very rare disease. If Brianna does what we say, it'll probably go away but don't jump to conclusions. We don't know for sure yet." Brianna started crying. The doctor left. I held her and softly ran my fingers through her hair. I tried to tell her it is going to be okay. I don't know if she believed me or not. The doctor came back.
