Okay so I pretty much was Internetless the WHOLE day. And I was feeling kind of...inspired, I guess. I wrote a lot of a Castiel fic, and I came up with this. Don't ask where it came from, because I don't know. =P What I DO know is that I had fun making it, and that the whole story comes together right at the very end. - Brooke and Cas have a falling out and he leaves her alone, so she decides to move on with the friend that has always been there for her: Sam Winchester, and Cas is jealous, but too stubborn to admit it. - Unfortunately for Sam, Brooke isn't over Cas and decides that leaving Sam is really in her best interests. - Still lonely without Cas in her life, Brooke decides to try moving on again and instead goes for Dean, because deep down she knows that Dean won't commit and she'll have an out...she is always waiting for Cas to come to his senses. - After leaving Dean, Brooke goes to Cas, who still hasn't forgiven her and they are both visibly broken that they can't be together because Cas won't have it. - So, Brooke tries to move on one more time with Cappie, and at first she's sublimely happy, but he simply isn't Cas and she realizes that it's fruitless--she won't ever be able to be happy unless she's with the man/angel that she loves. - Cas desperately wants to know why Brooke would give up heaven after everything she went through to have a vessel and then she lost her vessel and came back, and now she wants him? Would it be all right for him to disobey to be with the woman/angel he truly loves? (NOTE: When Brooke gave up heaven (that day everyone carries around) Cas felt like she gave up him too, which is why he left her, and she tried to move on from him but you can't just give up on your soul mate...)
