At around 7am, we-- DZTP Radio Tirad Pass, Citizens Involvement and Services, and Club 693, hiked the literally atop the mountain of Lingaoa, Pidpid, Santa Cruz, Ilocos Sur. For almost 2 hours, the accelerating way was so narrow that sometimes, were afraid to look down. But when we saw the depressed situation of this area, we were glad that we are here to help them.
