Mike Carey overturns the play saying Flacco retained control over the ball and calls an incomplete forward pass. I say Allen is the one pushing the ball forward. I think this should have been a fumble. I'll be anxious to see what Mike Pereira, the head zebra has to say on the Wednesday's NFL Total Access. Mike Carey is one of the NFL's best officials.
