Sorry it's taken so long to post, but I've just not had time to edit it together properly until now. In the end, I returned the Hero due to the smartdialer bug that I highlight in the video. The issue can be fixed by changing the field that you use for company names, but I couldn't do this due to syncing to a central work server (where I can't change the fields). All in all, the Hero is a very good alternative to the iPhone, and future firmware updates should make it better still. If Android 2.0 were to be released on the Hero, then it really would be a winning combination. The Hero is also much cheaper than most of it's competitors.
