So I could play some LAN only PS2 or PSP games online and I could play xBox LAN games online for free. Before I dragged and dropped kaid.conf in to the /etc window, I went to finder and in the menu I clicked "Go" and then "Go to folder..." and then typed in "/etc" Sorry I know I did that part to fast...
