She breaks down crying almost immediately and pours her heart out. I often commend Jon for being so open and honest (almost to a fault), and she seems to exhibit the same characteristic. She comes across as young and naive. Unlike most guests who face an onslaught (Jon versus nancy grace comes to mind), they pat Hailey's back and tell her what a good girl she is. I almost feel bad for laughing through that part, but seriously... it's corny. Hailey goes for sympathy points as she discusses her media portrayal as a homewrecker and just how devastating this is to her. You can see her in eyes how genuinely hurt she is by this. I want to say that she didn't sign up for the scrutiny so back off - but she knew who Jon was going into this. Her egocentric self-serving remorse is truly a testament to her age and maturity - Jon please find someone your own age. Is she a homewrecker? Not as I see it. If not her, Jon would have hooked up with someone else. Jon was so checked out (as was Kate) by that time that anyone smiling at him would end up his "soul mate." So I do think the label is harsh for Hailey. She didn't wreck the home, it was already trashed. I do feel bad for Hailey, and hope she has learned a lot through this. I know I wouldn't be strong enough to be in her shoes and feel the insecurities as Jon pulls his lame moves and media pours gas on the fire.
