Title: Gholtogh View count: 26777 Rating: 4.56 (41 ratings) Description: ويدئويي كه مشاهده ميكنيد، مربوط به جلسه پرسش و پاسخ ميان اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشكده فيزيك دانشگاه علم و صنعت ايران در سال 1382 است و موضوع آن بررسي عملكرد اساتيد هيئت علمي و سياستهاي آموزشي اين دانشكده در قبال دانشجويان ميباشد. در اين جلسه، دانشجويان دانشكده فيزيك نسبت به نحوه ارائه دروس و چگونگي ارزشيابي علمي دانشجويان انتقاد ميكنند و اعتقاد دارند كه اين شيوه بسياري از دانشجويان علاقمند و فعال را نااميد و سرخورده ميكند... در قسمتي كه مشاهده ميكنيد، يكي از اساتيد (آقاي هايك قولتوقچيان) بطور غير منتظره ميكروفن را بدست گرفته و به دانشجويان فحاشي ميكند (كه ظاهرا رفتار هميشگي ايشان در كلاس درس نيز بههمين صورت است!) و بسياري از دانشجويان حاضر در سالن در پاسخ به بياحترامي اين استاد، جلسه را ترك ميكنند. The video you are watching is a part of a seminar between masters and students of University of Science and Technology (IUST)/ Physics department in 2003, and it's about the faculty's operation and the department's educational politics applying to the students. In this seminar, the students of physics department criticize and blame how the faculties grade and valuate the students, and they believe this method has disappointed many active and concerned students. In this part of video, one of the faculties (Mr. Haik Gholtoghchian) suddenly grabs the microphone and insult to the students (That is his usual behavior in the class!) and many of students leave the seminar answering to his aspersion. لازم به ذكر است كه اين سياست غلط دانشكده فيزيك دانشگاه علم و صنعت (كه بدست معاون آموزشي اين دانشكده، آقاي مسعود جزايري تدوين شده است)، همه ساله بسياري از دانشجويان را كه با امتيازات بالا و تنها براي فراگيري فيزيك وارد اين دانشگاه ميشوند، از اين دانشكده و از علم فيزيك متنفركرده و بسياري از فرصتهاي تحصيلي و شغلي آينده را از آنها ميگيرد. اين سياستها كه شامل، پايين نگه داشتن معدل كل دانشجويان براي بالا بردن ارزش علمي دانشكده!!!، عدم اجازه اخذ دروس اصلي در سالهاي اول، دوم و حتي سوم تحصيل و اخذ چند درس اصلي باهم، عدم اجازه اخذ دروس مهمان در اكثر دانشگاههاي معتبر دولتي، اخراج بسياري از دانشجويان متوسط در دوره كارشناسي ارشد، عدم ايجاد انگيزه در دانشجويان جديدالورود و.... هستند، همگي بصورت سليقهاي توسط معاون آموزشي اعمال ميشود و به اساتيد جوانتر ابلاغ ميگردد و همچنين اساتيدي كه از اين قوانين نانوشته پيروي نكنند بعضا اخراج ميگردند!!! It should be said, these wrong politics of IUST's Physics department (have been made by Mr. Masoud Jazayeri / Educational assistance of Department), has hated so many students, who enters the university with high scores just for learning Physics, from the physics department and the science, and has deprived them from many educational and job opportunities. Decreasing student's total score average for increasing the scientific credit of department!!!, forbiddance of taking the main lessons for freshmen, sophomores and even juniors, forbiddance of taking tow or more main lessons together, forbiddance of taking guest lessons in many of other credible state universities, sending down many of graduate students, obviation the new undergraduate students' motivations, etc... These are the educational rules are applied by the faculty willfully and imparted to the younger and newer masters. The masters who don't follow these blank rules are deported!!!
