Title: Ga-Knomboe Boy Mod View count: 897 Rating: 5.0 (5 ratings) Description: This is a video demonstrating the latest dev version of my movement mod for crysis. Since the last version I've gotten free-aim to work (thanks hawkeye), but it doesn't seem to work with a few of my already existing features. So atm, here are the things you should notice in the video. -free-aim (well, camera delayed behind the gun, it makes everything a lot more cinematic) -momentum based turning (when going above a certain speed you can't strafe left or right, instead you lean and turn, in addition the mouse sensitivity lowers and free-aim is turned off) -diving and sliding (both of these are momentum based and basically allow you to sprint to crouch, and sprint to prone while doing cool max payne moves in first person (only sliding is animated) -lock on aiming. Free-aim makes the game cinematic, but harder. As such I've added a metroid prime style lock on system. This makes aiming a lot easier while diving and sliding. -darkwish's mirror's edge flowgraph, I didn't make this but its very important. The flowgraph dynamically deduces the shape of everything and whether you can grab, wall run or climb it. I've only modified this by adding animations (eg vaulting over fences and rocks) Things to still add rolling, rolling sideways, rolling onto back, grenade return system, aim lock for grenades and weapons (so you can slide or dive to pick them up [and in the case of grenades throw them back afterwards]), less glitchiness in general.
