Title: Full Body Exercise - High Knee Marches with MB View count: 35 Rating: 1.0 (1 ratings) Description: March forward, lifting alternating knees to waist level or higher while bringing a medicine ball (MB) from overhead to a raised knee with each stride. Try to keep those arms as straight as you can. For greater challenge increase the weight of the MB, increase the distance and/or reps, or drive the MB down with greater power, stopping it abruptly at waist level. I like to do several rounds of these travelling about 20 yards each time.
