Title: FDIC may borrow money from Banks (who were bailed out) View count: 111 Rating: 5.0 (3 ratings) Description: More great news! http://dealbook.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/09/22/fdic-may-borrow-funds-from-banks/ The FDIC may seek to borrow money from the "healthiest" banks to insure people's deposits that are IN THE BANKS. Think about that alone, they're asking for money to insure YOUR MONEY from the bank itself. Ironically, the government is who bailed out the banks in the first place, and now the government is asking for a bailout from the banks? Very ironic to say the least. This is further proof imo that we are in SERIOUS trouble. Tags: fdic bailout, bank bailouts, economic collapse, gold and silver, silver bullion, federal reserve, stock market, Author: bluecat1122 |
