Originally, they got me to take out some foreign commandos' gear in the south-east oasis. Then my buddy, Michelle, called me and asked me to meet her in the safehouse a kilometer north-east of Mokuba shantytown. She thought it would be easier if I fought them in the shantytown, but first I had to go to Private Property to change the coordinates to redirect them to Mokuba After I destroyed the gear, some guys Michelle hired to help me turned against her, and I had to defeat them at the guard post at the end.
