Title: (Etc) "Wanton of The Proletariat" EP Launch 等等樂隊 View count: 163 Rating: 5.0 (1 ratings) Description: Deng Deng (Etc) "Wanton of The Proletariat" EP Launch & Showcase Deng Deng (Etc) 等等《放肆的無產階級》 EP發表暨專場演出 等等樂隊成军于05年，曾赢得马来西亚中文独立音乐竞赛摇撼新声代的冠军。风格偏向硬核与朋克乐，音乐充满颠覆的力量与狂噪的情绪，强调随性与粗糙的演绎方式和音质，散发出典型的地下樂隊的不妥协精神和反叛态度。其作品如《国家英雄》和《社会粪便》强烈谴责马来西亚社会的病态现象与日趋严重的警察滥用权力问题。樂隊于05年10月初在北京著名的13 CLUB演出，与来自日本、中国、瑞典和挪威的乐队同台交流。主唱鸿也曾自办地下音乐演出，为推广硬核与朋克乐尽一份力。 Deng Deng (Etc) "Wanton of The Proletariat" EP Launch & Showcase The songs of angst, born from the live of the renegades. Deng Deng started as a collaborative effort of members from Chinese indie bands, Nao and Guan Yin. The band took part in the 2005 Chinese Independent Band Search, and emerged as the grand Champion. After a few rounds of line-up reshuffle, the band finally settled down with Hoong (Vocal, Guitar), Mad (Bass) and Ian (Drums) Its rare to find a local Chinese indie band that provides the thrills of punk rock legends like Fugazi, At The Drive In and Nirvana, with noisy and buzzing guitars and the aggressive elements of hardcore punk, the trio will certainly become a strong force of the local indie music scene. In 2005, the band embarked on a playing tour to Beijing and was invited to perform at 13 Club, one of Beijings hottest underground gigs venue, along with other bands from Sweden, Norway, Japan and China. Their debut, "Wanton of The Proletariat" is a great little EP. 6 short and aggressive songs, a mixture of grunge, hardcore and soceity punk songs. Track List: 1. Social Scum 2. Hero of The Nation 3.
