It's like cheating. In my cooking video, I always try not to use ingredients that is probably hard to find in the US such as Dashi water, Beni shouga, Katsuobuchi, Aonori, Sakura ebi, Yama imo and so on...so you can try. Therefore it's a little rough but still it comes out OK. It means you can make it even if you are out of Japan!!
