Title: Dr. Thienna's Acceptance Speech on "Save a Life" View count: 706 Rating: 5.0 (5 ratings) Description: Manhattan, New York (June 27th, 2008): Dr. Thienna gave her Beach Book Festival Grand Prize Winner Acceptance Speech at the famous Algonquin Hotel, the famed literary landmark for writers. Please help save a life by letting your friends know about Dr. THIENNA. Thank you! ________ Today, when endless man-made toxins have found their way into the water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the water we bathe in, you need more sulfur than ever to keep you healthy. Can you believe that at this very moment over 400 man-made toxic chemicals are circulating in your body? Many have stored themselves in your organs and fat. Your son or daughter probably has more than you, depending on where you live. Your cats and dogs suffer from the same man-made toxins inside you but in levels that are 10 to 20% greater! In fact, the second leading cause of death in dogs is cancer! What does this tell you about your well-being? So why do you need sulfur rich foods? Because your body cannot make sulfur. It must be obtained from your diet! Toxins rob your body of sulfur. You need to eat sulfur rich foods to maintain the balance. A simple sign that your body lacks sufficient sulfur is if you maintain a natural tan year round without being exposed to the sun's rays. Your skin darkens when your sulfur count is low. But skin color isn't the only thing affected. Studies show that low sulfur in the body is a cause of poor health! I knew when I solved the mystery of skin color that I had discovered the foundation for great health. I believe I have pinpointed the culprit that gives rise to all illnesses, diseases, and cancers! Before I go, here is some food for thought: Many people think darker skin is healthier but is it? It is irrefutable that whites outlive not only blacks, but other darker skinned ethnicity of color as well as poor minorities. And affluent whites outlive poor whites. Scholars and experts have observed that affluent people also tend to have lighter skin color than their counterparts. I agree that politically and socially it should not matter whether you are white, yellow, brown, or black. But…skin color does matter in terms of your health. What is the relationship between life expectancy, social class, and sulfur? Being in a lower social class means people tend to live in higher risk neighborhoods, poor suburbs, and ghettos. These people live with massive pollution in their environments and households. They have no access to safe drinking water. They do not eat an adequate diet. They have poor sanitation. They live a sedentary lifestyle because they have few recreational opportunities. And they have higher stress due to their lack of job security and their worries over fulfilling just their basic human needs. All of these situations generate toxins in the body that decrease your sulfur level! My wish and hope is that my findings will point people toward improving their health. I hope to narrow the life expectancy gap between and within ethnic groups. We all deserve to be healthy and happy and to look our best.
