The villagers found out about the relationship and burned the demons lover, killing him. Upon discovering this, the demon was outraged and sworn to kill all human, yet the goddess would not accept this and sent for the soul of the human, instructing him to kill the demon. Feeling betrayed, the demon accepted his fate. His power shattered throughout the land. Many centuries later, two high school students were on a school trip and decided to walk the night, only to have awakened the fallen demon. Therefore, the legend continues.
