Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp 2. Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp 3. Pinch of Asafoetida 4. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp 5. Green Chillies cut lengthwise - 1/2 cup 6. Carrots cut lengthwise - 2 cups 7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 8. Cumin powder - 1 tsp 9. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp 10. Iodized salt to taste 11. Nutrilite Protein Powder - 1 tbsp 12. Filtered Water - 1/4 cup 13. Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 tbsp 14. Chaat masala or dry mango amchur powder - 1 tsp 15. Sugar to taste Method 1. Turn on the stove on medium heat 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan 3. Add mustard seeds 4. Allow the mustard seeds to crackle 5. Add pinch of asafoetida and cumin seeds 6. Stir fry the spices in oil 7. Add green chillies and carrots 8. Coat the chillies / carrots with spices 9. Cook the vegetable for 3-4 min on low heat after covering the pan with lid 10. Check the vegetable after 4 min 11. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and protein powder 12. Mix all these ingredients well 13. Cook the vegetable covered for 7-8 min 14. Keep checking the vegetable every 3-4 min 15. After 8 min, sprinkle some water. 16. Mix in the water and cook the vegetable covered on low heat for 5-6 min till carrots are tender 17. Check the vegetable once done 18. Mix in gram flour and cook it for 2-3 min 19. Lastly sprinkle some amchur powder or chaat masala and sugar to taste 20. Turn off the stove and cover the pan 21.
