Third and final scene is the train passing through the doomed GM Plant (news of the plant's impending closure and the potentially devastating effects on the city's economy had just hit the headlines at the time) and crossing Jackson Street. The crossing signals there have a high-pitched WRRS mini bell, and suffer from a "tail ring" malfunction after the train passes.
