Title: Chess Game: Chowdhury-Pullin View count: 4579 Rating: 4.904762 (42 ratings) Description: This is another lucky game of mine, this time against Bhabatosh Chowdhury(2043). It's a Scotch Game where I chose a weird, inaccurate, but aggressive plan. My opponent blundered, allowing checkmate in a complicated position before his middlegame plans were realized. What is interesting is that this was my first rated chess game in 4 years. I entered this tournament to test my abilities, to see if I could still play competitive chess. Carrying a thick layer of rust, I could not have had a better result to boost my confidence. (I went on to beat a 1900, lose to a 2300, and draw an 1800) I then entered other tournaments, got into making chess videos after watching some of mjshark's videos, and the rest, as they say, is history.
