A day before DJ's birthday we called in Brad(our landlord), Joanna and Shaona to treat them to some home cooked Indian food. As it happens, the food turned out to be a little too spicy. However the fun quotient was not missing. It was my maiden venture at cooking paneer butter masala and while I was doing the naan, I tried this not so difficult trick ( please try this at home ).
