Title: Censorship and YouTube View count: 319 Rating: 5.0 (16 ratings) Description: This video addresses YouTube's desperate need to retool their website's DMCA claims. YouTube apparently does nothing more than rubber-stamp any claim that a copyright has been violated by immediately censoring the accused video. This practice unfortunately appears extremely easy to abuse. The entire system needs an overhaul. I think the best first step would be to implement some sort of fact-checking into each request prior to imposing the censorship to weed out claims that lack the legal veracity or authenticity required.
