Title: CCPEpisode5clip2 (BBQ Chicken) View count: 57 Rating: 0 (0 ratings) Description: Cooking in College with Paige On the Menu: Barbecue Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob Ingredients: •6 Red potatoes • 3 Ears of corn •6 Chicken tenders (or 3 Chicken breasts) •Barbecue sauce •½ to 1 stick of butter •Plastic wrap •½ cup of milk Steps: Potatoes: 1.Cut potatoes into even bite-sized pieces and add to boiling water. 2.Boil till soft. 3.Strain potatoes, and place in a large bowl. 4.Begin mashing potatoes. 5.Add a ½cup of milk to potatoes and a ½ stick (or desired amount) of butter. 6.Mix with mixer (or by hand) and add a pinch of salt, mix. Barbecue Chicken: 1.Cut tenders (or breasts into bite-sized pieces). 2.Place pieces into a zip-loc bag with barbecue sauce (enough to cover all chicken). 3.Place chicken in large saucepan on medium high. Corn on the Cob: 1.Cover raw ear of corn in butter to your liking. 2.Wrap each ear in plastic wrap. 3.Cook for 5-10 min. in microwave until slightly soft.
