AJ serves Carly with an court order for a paternity test and the day the baby is born he intends to find out if he is the father. Carly goes off and gets scared. She says as far as she is concerned the baby is not his or Tony's its hers and she really hate that he has some hiden agenda. AJ says he is winging it just like her. She says does she not hear her the baby is hers. He tells her fathers have rights. She says she spent one drunken nite with AJ and he is staking his claim she tells him he better back off. She asks him what is his intentions. AJ says he wants to find out if he is the father. AJ admits if the baby is his he wants to raise it. Carly says there is not a chance in hell she will let someone take her baby away from her. She says he doesnt have a prayer and if he try her she will make him very very sorry.
