I couldn't get the picture out of my head. I got a full frontal view of her...and let's just say, I'm probably gonna need a cold shower soon. She had stormed off into the bathroom and Mitchel started with his comments already. "Damn! That girl has got a nice ass!" "MITCHEL! Shut up!" Kristin shouted, jealous. It was obvious by now that she liked him. How? That's what still stumped me, Mitchel was a pig, only thought about sex, and didn't care that he only looked at girls as something to eat. Honestly, those things went through every man's head, but Mitchel felt the need to share his thoughts with everyone around him. Melissa stopped talking to everyone this morning, embarrassed. I didn't mean for everyone else to see, I just wanted MY payback. Maybe that's why they say, "Payback's a bitch". It was nine-thirty and I wanted to get back onto the road. I had already made a run to the gad station for coffee and whatnot. The gas tank was full so that we didn't have to worry about. I had gotten back to the room; Mitchel and David were on the beds watching the television while all the girls rushed around to finish getting ready. "Alright, back in the car." I clapped my hands together. I had already checked us out of the rooms using the money we'd put together last night. "WAIT! NO! MY HAIR IS ONLY HALF STRAIGHTENED!" Erica shouted from the sink with a toothbrush in her mouth. "Who the hell are you trying to impress!" David shouted back. She mumbled something too low for anyone to hear. Again, something completely obvious, well to me anyway. Erica had such a puppy dog crush on David. But here's the thing, David didn't have any clue. For that matter, Mitchel had no clue about Kristin. There was something about those girls, they managed to keep all their little secrets, maybe that's why they had so much hair, it was full of secrets. [A/N Mean Girls ;D] A few minutes passed, I was waiting for everyone to get moving. Once I realized that the scene had stayed the same, I raised my voice to sound stricter. "Get to movin' people!" They groaned and started to pick up their stuff. Erica was the last one out, she had pinned up her bangs since it was too late to straighten them. "You're lucky I didn't burn you." She said passing me. I rolled my eyes and closed the door. We walked out to the car and started to drive again. We made it out of Indiana by lunch. We were onto Illinois. I heard Mitchel rustling through some plastic bags and I sighed. "How much, exactly, do you need to eat?" I asked, trying to see him in the rear view mirror. "I'm not eating." He snapped, he held up a Ziploc bag full of green seasoning. "So you plan on cooking?" Melissa spoke up for the first time since I pulled down her towel. The image popped up into my head and I sifted in my seat as I felt my jeans getting tighter. "You're all idiots." He said and dug around for something else. He then held up what in the rear view mirror looked like a purple vase. It took me a second to realize, in the bag was weed and that was a bong. He pulled out a lighter. "DUDE! Don't smoke it in the car!" I yelled turning around. "NICK! Eyes on the road!" Erica yelled. "Mitchel put that shit away! Why do you even have it!" I yelled. "Oh relax Nick!" David said. Mitchel buried his face behind his hair as I kept yelling. Erica and Kristin were yelling at me to keep my eyes on the road, and everyone was telling Mitchel and David to put that stuff away. Melissa jumped up and grabbed the bong as David and Mitchel were passing it, opened the window and threw it into the weeds by the highway. "Dude! Not cool!" Mitchel yelled, eyes blood-shot. "DUDE! WHAT THE HELL!" I mocked him. "NICK! KEEP YOU DAMN EYES ON THE-" Erica stopped shouting when we all heard the sirens. My eyes widened and my pulse quickened immediately. "GET RID OF THE SMELL!" Kristin yelled and I started to slow down, desperately wanting to floor it and get away. I dragged it out as long as I could as all the windows were rolled down. Mitchel and David moved into the far back seats and acted like they were sleeping while the girls sprayed as much perfume in the car as possible. We were going to be in so much trouble.
