If you've never noticed, Ernie gives out free stuff A LOT. The scene at the science fair is a clear indication of how Bulk and Skull are constantly victimized by the Power Rangers' bullying. The Power Rangers insult their intelligence and then feel compelled to push them around on a trolley. That fashion machine needs some serious fine-tuning. As we can see from the Hobby Weeks Project sketch, we can see that Bulk and Skull do not tolerate showing off and that they recognize that being humble and modest is a virtue.
