Quickfire - Jeff, Jaime & Leah get a second chance. They must create a dish with crawfish in one hour for guest judge Emeril Lagasse. The winner joins the final four in the elimination challenge but must win it to move on to the finale. Either way - its going to be a double elimination. Jeff wins the quickfire & a copy of Emeril's latest cookbook. Elimination challenge - the chefs must cater a masquerade ball. Each chef must create two dishes (one in the creole style) & a cocktail. They have 5 hours to prep & one hour at the venue. Carla wins the challenge. Her prize includes a brand new Toyota Venza. So Jeff is eliminated because he didn't win. The bottom 2 were Stefan & Fabio. Fabio is sent home. Next week - Create the best 3 course meal of your life - with help of course.
