Title: 24 Hours- AmaltheaxHorned King for EndlessSkyStudio's Contest View count: 68 Rating: 5.0 (3 ratings) Description: Hey everyone! This time, I'm here with an audition for EndlessSkyStudio's group. Two in one day, you say? Hey, when it rains it pours. :P haha. So, the challenge for this one was to make a very unique pairing. Since I love using Ama and I love villian/heroine pairings, I decided...why not? Enjoy! Summary: The Horned King captures Amalthea and has her brought to his castle where he holds her hostage. She finds him horrifying and can barely stand the sight of him. He tries to get one of his wizards to put a sleeping spell on her, but she fights back and kills the wizard- only to find that the wizard was nothing more than a puppet, connected to the King. Her spell burns him and he is enraged. He commands her to love him and, for a moment, she sees his want and need to be loved and feels sorry for him. He casts a spell on her, to take her to her perfect world. There, he appears in a much handsomer form and immedietly she falls in love, seemingly completely forgetting about her past with the Horned King. They converse many times and she shares her past with him as he shares his feelings of lonlieness. He creates beautiful gardens for her and makes her a grand castle. They share a kiss. Slowly, her memories of the Horned King return. She cries to him about her fear of the King and his abusive tendancies and her fear of marrying him. One evening, all her memories return and she glimpses the King in his castle, behind the mask he has created. She runs from him, knowing it is all the ruse. His power over her is broken and she appears once again in his castle. Suddenly, she awakes, realizing it was all the dream...Or was it? She glimpses the King in his castle, beckoning her.
