She pat my back. "C'mon, Joe. We only have 4 pages left..." I groaned. "I wanna take a break! My brain hurts!" She chuckled. "Alright, we'll take a break." I pulled myself up and looked at her. "So, let's take a walk or something. How about some baseball?" I smiled. "Baseball? "Yeah.." I kissed her cheek. "I'll play fair." I smiled. "Why, do you usually cheat?" He narrowed his eyes. "Who do you think I am?" I blushed. "I suck at baseball..." "I'll teach you." I giggled. "Can we not play?" He shrugged. "Alright." I saw him scribble on a piece of notebook paper. "What are you doing?" I questioned. "I drew a picture of us!" He pulled his notebook up. "Don't you like it?" I searched my mind for answers that wouldn't hurt him. "Um...it looks..." He stared at me, waiting. "It looks like you drew it when you were three, Joe." He laughed. "It does not!" He looked at it again. "That's like, gold right there, baby..." I laughed. "Joe I have to be honest that looks horrible." He frowned. "Now I'm sad." My hand pressed itself against his cheek and I kissed him. He pulled away and smiled. "I'm sorry Joe. Those are very pretty." He smiled genuinely. "Thanks." I elbowed him. "Let's go downstairs or something or take a walk." He replied, "Alright, Dems." He scooped me up into his arms bridal style and ran out of my room. "JOE!" I shouted. I wrapped one hand around his neck and the other one gripped his collar. "JOE! Slow down!" I giggled. He was pretty far from the stairs and smiled evilly while still running. "I love you Demi." He ran towards the steps and slid down the rail, holding me protectively. I squealed, "Joey!" He reached the bottom and planted his feet on the ground. Joe ran out my door and set me down gently on my front lawn. I felt the grass itch my face and the hot sun warm me up. I closed my eyes. "You're such a nerd, Joe!" He smiled. "A hot nerd that LOVES Demi." JJDL (sorry this is one of the worst series finales ever..) I thought I'd end it there :) Premiere up later today or tomorrow!
