Not only the map is complicated but there are many fat guys keep coming bothering you maintaining your combo and waste your ammo. Most important, there are three hell executioners who have the highest hp in the game. I didn't pick up combo bonuses unless I can deal with the hell executioner first. Otherwise I can't keep my combo by chasing by the hell executioner. Enemies coming out very quickly. So, as long as you have enough firepower, there should be no problem to maintain combo.
