I got up at four o'clock this morning and got ready to go to Toronto for a singing competition, we went to my sister's house and got her so she could come to. So, all the way there I listened to the song I was to sing, "what makes her so much better than me" on my MP3 player. When we got there, my dad payed $15 for parking! That was at around 6:00...so the people told us we were too early so we went to Tim Horton's and got coffee and food. Then we went back to the building (note: I was wearing stelletto shoes...the ones with the thin heel... and they killed!) and we were still too early, so we sat in the building for about 15 minutes and then we went upstairs to where the competition was being held. We were the first ones there, which we thought was strange...but we payed no mind to it. A few more kids showed up after that, and my dad overheard that today was the second day meaning, the audition was yesterday. But the website clearly stated that the FIRST AUDITIONS were MAY 25th!. So my dad brought it up with a lady who said today's production was for the kids that were chosen yesterday..and yet all these other parents, about 11 others, said that the website said it was TODAY. So we were not the only ones. It turned into a huge argument with the producer and he said the manager wasnt available...(he was a coward and wouldnt step up to the plate) and it gets worse. They changed the date on the website, printed it out, and showed us we were wrong and they were right! So I pointed that out to the lady and she said in a sarcastic tone, "Excuse me?!?!?!?" and so I started screaming at her and this one parent asked if we were going to get our money back for parking tickets and they were dumbasses and said, "well, YOU were the one who parked illegally!" and we said, "NO! We all had to pay $15 EACH just to park!!!!" and so the guy gave us a card and said to call that and complain....one lady called it and found it...IT WAS THAT SAME GUY'S VOICEMAIL! so I ended up telling the guy off, calling him gay (in which I'm sure he was =_=...) and saying he's being a dick to make up for the one he DOESNT HAVE. My sister asked if we could wait for the 30 chosen kids to sing and then let us have a chance just to be heard, not even to participate! and they said no! One lady there paid for her son to have private lessons for singing so he could audition! And I took a day off school just to get a notarized photo of me so I could go! (A pic signed by a lawyer stating you are who you claim to be) so after a huge disput over who was right or wrong, they called security on us and we were walked out...before we left I yelled to that fruity prick, "I HOPE YOUR TV STATION GETS CUT YOU IDIOTS! ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TWO NUMBERS AND YOU CAN'T EVEN TYPE THOSE IN RIGHT!" so then we left...and I was crying because I've been practicing for weeks and I didnt even get a chance!!!!!! I hate the TV station YTV now =_=..they can rot in hell for all eternity... My dad took me to a pet shop to look at some puppies to cheer me up (we're getting a puppy soon) and I saw the PERFECT PUPPY and my dad wouldn't buy him! I just know he isn't going to be there in two weeks! He's a purebread shi-tzu!.....can this day get ANY WORSE? Thanks for reading my little rant..
