US Justice Department suing Ferguson, Missouri over lack of police reform

The Justice Department is suing the city of Ferguson, Missouri for not making good on proposed reforms in the aftermath of the Michael Brown shooting. The D.O.J. is seeking to force the city to make the changes that it had originally agreed to adopt voluntarily. Attorney General Loretta Lynch says the residents of Ferguson can't wait any longer for justice.
