Tornadoes tear across Midwest, leaving at least 3 dead

A severe storm caused chaos in the Midwest overnight, spawning nearly two dozen unconfirmed tornadoes in four states and leaving at least three people dead. NBC’s Blake McCoy reports for TODAY from the hard-hit town of Ottawa, Illinois. Al Roker forecasts more storms, putting 106 million people under risk for severe weather on Wednesday.
