7 in 10 youths wouldn’t qualify for military service
A new study shows that about 70 percent of youths between 17 and 24 wouldn’t qualify for military service. The military disqualifies potential service members for obesity, lack of a GED or high school diploma, felony convictions, taking ADHD prescription drugs or certain tattoos.
