Saving the bongo: The fight to rescue a species
Kerry Sanders reports on biologists trying to save the bongo, an obscure species that almost disappeared forever. The animals are raised in Florida before being taken to Africa, where they are released into the wild. While only 80 bongos are in the African underbrush today, that population is growing thanks to these efforts.
