Malaysia’s PM vows to keep searching for Flight 370

Nearly a month after Flight 370 disappeared, the prime minister of Malaysia has promised to not give up the search for the plane. The criminal investigation is still ongoing, but the search seems more and more difficult. NBC’s Katy Tur reports.

>> reporter: hey there, natalie. we are on day 27 and still basic questions have not been answered. once again the prime minister expressed confidence the plane would be found. despite that, there are signs that things have been scaling back. they say they are closing the media center out here next monday. they haven't had any spottings or significant leads in days but the criminal investigation is still ongoing. the fbi says it's concluded its investigation into the pilot's flight simulator but didn't finding in untoward. the black box -- the batteries in those beacons set to run out on those black boxes over the weekend.
