Study shows increase in flu-like infections from well-visits

Researchers studied nearly 85,000 families over a dozen years and found that after a checkup, the child, or someone in the child’s family, sometimes came down with flu-like symptoms due to exposure to germs at the doctor’s office. TODAY's Erica Hill reports.
