‘Wrong-way’ crashes to blame for deaths

Eleven deaths in Florida and California are being blamed on “wrong-way” crashes. Five people were killed on a Tampa highway on Sunday. Police say an SUV was traveling south in the northbound lanes when it hit a car head on.
