Football coach battling son's rare disease
In TODAY”s series, “Hope To It,” we travel to Tallahassee, Fla., where Florida State University head coach Jimbo Fisher is battling a life-threatening disorder that plagues his seven-year-old son. He suffers from Fanconi Anemia. Most who have it won’t live past the age of 29. They started the Kids First Fund that raises money and spreads information about the disease.
