Prisoner surrenders…because it was too cold

Officials in Lexington, Ky., said convicted burglar Robert Vick took shelter in an abandoned farmhouse after bolting from prison this weekend. But when the temperature dipped to 20 below, he went to a motel and asked them to call police.
