How Victoria’s Secret handles male customers

A former worker at a Victoria’s Secret store told Business Insider that the lingerie retailer trains staff to treat male shoppers differently than female ones because men often tend to spend money quickly, wanting to get in and out as fast as possible. TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie reports.
