Chilly! Swimmer breaks own frozen plunge record

Stig Severinsen set a Guiness World Record for swimming below the surface of a frozen lake wearing only a swimsuit, goggles, and a safety harness. Severinsen’s swim was filmed for a Discovery Channel documentary.
