Study: Oreos are as addictive as cocaine

Researchers at Connecticut College determined that Oreo cookies activate neurons in the brain’s “pleasure center” in a way similar to stimulating drugs like cocaine.

>> we can't seem to get enough oreos. scientists found they're just as addictive as cocaine, at least for lab rats . although i think for some people it may apply as well. researchers found that eating the cookies sparked more activity in our brains. on another note, though, the rats seemed to like the cream better than the cookie.
