>>> now from real royalty to reality show royalty. tamron is in the orange room with that. good morning again.

>> hi, guys. maybe it's better to say from possible love and marriage to the sadness of what happens when it doesn't workout. it is official. if you haven't heard, bruce jenner and chris have decided to separate. earlier in the year they were living in separate homes. that was a sign to everyone of what was going on. they said we're living separately and we're much happier this way. even though we are separated we will always remain friends. the reality is most of us cannot relate to their lives but it did get us to thinking about the question, can you be friends after you separate? 34% of the people we ask said yes, 37% say no, and 29% said it's complicated. we're not the kardashians and the jenners but once you break up, is it possible, especially when you have kids involved to remain friends.

>> i think so, yes.

>> if you have kids, it 's wonderful if you can.

>> you have to try to work at it.

>> it's complicated.
