Hot mic catches senators talking GOP strategy

A live microphone picked up the conversation between Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Rand Paul after a CNN news hit on Wednesday. The two were candidly discussing shutdown strategy and how the Republicans have a chance to “win this.”
