Denmark is happiest nation; US comes in 17th

In a survey of 156 countries, the United States comes in 17th in terms of overall happiness. Denmark places first according to the United Nations’ 2013 World Happiness Report, which takes into account statistics like national income, health, low government corruption and citizen freedoms.
