Whole fruit can reduce risk of Type 2 diabetes

Researchers have found that consuming whole fruit rather than fruit juices can have a significant impact on preventing diabetes. Swapping three servings of juice for whole fruit can reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes by at least 7 percent, they say.
