Friend of accused Boston bomber indicted

Robel Phillipos faces up to 16 years in prison for allegedly making false statements during the investigation of Boston bombing suspect Dzhokahr Tsarnaev. Two other friends have been arrested for lying to authorities; both pled not guilty.
